An extensive interior / exterior restoration was undertaken of this Grade A listed, unrenovated Edinburgh apartment. Redesigning every aspect of this apartment, we kept the few original features that remained intact, like the 200-year old stone floors, which were expertly restored. With a very large hallway, we made this space multi-functional, designing and installing a beautiful open walnut study, library and gin bar. We created a stunning lighting scheme creating a warm and inviting home for our client. The final result is a transformation from dark and dingy to light and spacious, and this apartment is short-listed for an International Design and Architecture Award 2020.
